At the beginning of 2018, Uppergrowth was founded as a specialized asset manager in alternative investments. We develop vertically integrated investment, development, and property management platforms operating in Latin America and the United States. We create platforms and design strategies for both private and institutional investors.

Uppergrowth focuses primarily on residential strategies for sales and rentals, developing strategies in highopportunity niches in relevant markets in Florida and Texas, and establishing an investment gateway from Latin America to the United States. The firm is also actively involved in the development of residential and mixed-use projects in Uruguay and Argentina, as well as landbanking and private real estate debt strategies.

Uppergrowth professionals have structured and managed real estate funds in 5 Latin American countries, over USD 5 billion in capital markets transactions and USD 1.2bn+ of AUMs in real estate strategies.
